This policy explains how App Launchpad, operated by Velo Labs Limited (“App Launchpad”, “we”, “us” or “our”), handles personal information when you visit the Olivia website, buy the $17 App Launch digital setup guide, use the setup wizard, or contact our team. 1. Information we collect

• Information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, app ideas, support messages and anything else you choose to share.
• Transaction information: purchase status, amount, order or receipt identifiers and limited payment details supplied by Whop. We do not receive or store your complete card number, security code or banking login.
• Website and device information: IP address, browser, device, approximate location, pages viewed, links clicked, referral source and UTM or advertising identifiers.
• Setup progress: choices and completed steps saved in your browser’s local storage so the setup wizard can resume where you left off.

2. How and why we use information

We use information to operate the website; create and confirm your order; deliver the guide and setup assistance; contact you about access and support; remember setup progress; prevent fraud; keep business and tax records; improve the offer; and measure advertising performance. Where required, we rely on your consent for marketing or non-essential tracking. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Email, phone and text messages

We may send essential messages about your order, access and requested support. If you separately agree to marketing, we may also send related offers by email, phone or text. You can unsubscribe using a message link, reply STOP to an SMS, or email us. Opting out of marketing does not stop essential service messages.

4. Cookies, local storage and pixels

We use necessary browser storage to keep the funnel and setup guide working. We may also use the Meta Pixel and similar technologies to understand visits, leads and purchases and to measure advertising. These tools may read or set cookies and receive device, browser and event information. You can limit cookies in your browser and use the controls offered by the relevant platform; disabling storage may prevent some features from working.

5. Who receives information

We share only what is reasonably needed with providers that help us deliver the offer, including:

• Whop, which supplies checkout, payment and order-confirmation services;
• GoHighLevel/LeadConnector, which supports contact records and follow-up;
• Meta Platforms, where advertising measurement events are enabled;
• our website hosting, analytics, email, SMS and customer-support providers; and
• professional advisers, regulators or authorities where law requires it.

Base44 is a separate third-party app-building platform. If you choose to follow a Base44 link or create an account, Base44 receives information directly from you under its own privacy policy. We do not control Base44’s service.

6. Retention, security and international transfers

We retain purchase and accounting records as long as law requires, support and contact records while needed to provide the service or handle claims, and marketing information until you opt out or it is no longer useful. Setup progress remains in your browser until you clear or reset it. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no online system is completely secure. Providers may process information outside your country using legally recognised safeguards where required.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may ask for access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or transfer of your personal information, or object to certain processing. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. Email support@applaunchpad.co from the address associated with your order; we may need to verify your identity.

8. Children and changes

This offer is for adults and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. We may update this policy; the date above identifies the version currently in force.
